Industrial Project Manager - Up to $100 Million Projects

One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing the entire project lifecycle for industrial and data center construction projects valued up to $100 million.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned industrial and data center construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management.
- Manage project risks and ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial and/or data center construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of industrial and data center construction best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
